Dont fall in their trap,
We had a terrible experience with this landscaping service. They  shared our planned design to our neighbors that was discussed and given by us first.

When they finally started working on our yard, they left the job unfinished and didn’t return. It's been a year, and they have never come back to complete the work.

2024 Review Update (4 years post-completion):

Regrettably, I must revise my review to a score of 1—avoid this company at all costs.

Our main gate is rapidly deteriorating: the hinges are tearing away from the beams, the door sags, locks fail, and we must prop it up for every use.

The deck they installed has shifted off its main foundations; it now stands on floating legs. Additionally, we never received the necessary permit, which will incur extra costs when selling the house.

Overall, the craftsmanship is severely lacking, leading to inevitable repairs shortly after installation, costing homeowners significantly.

If communication, coordination, and efficiency matter to you, look elsewhere. Prices might seem fair initially, but considering these issues, the overall experience was hardly worth it.

My neighbor and I opted to hire a single contractor for cost savings and efficiency. Here are the summarized issues:

The carpenters installed the fence and deck. While they worked diligently, the quality is questionable with structural defects such as mis-matched balusters, a 2-inch diameter hole, and a loose handrail. Despite three visits, including one at 10:30 PM (when we were not home), issues persist. The solution provided—a poorly drilled 2-inch hole—left much to be desired. I've decided to fix these myself despite paying for a premium deck.

Getting my neighbor's final grade approved was a nightmare. A simple fix took over 5 weeks, delaying our lawn planting until late June. Communication was abysmal; we constantly had to chase for updates, often met with indifference.

Material supply was inconsistent; promised products were frequently out-of-stock, causing further delays. We settled for substitutes or sourced items independently.

A promised fire pit from a nearby supplier turned into a debacle. After multiple delays and rescheduled appointments, the lack of follow-through highlighted the company's poor work ethic.
